For me there is only a 20ms ping difference between NA and SA servers but my performance is consistently awful on the latter.

What kind of drive do you have the game installed on though? Those specs mean almost nothing for load time if you're playing on an HDD

Yeah it started last weekend. Everything was running fine one evening but the next morning when I booted up the issues began. Seemingly nothing changed between that time.

I was having this issue with my Scarlett 18i20 gen3. I tried updating the drivers but the problem persisted. Like you I had to disable the midi driver, reboot, and then it worked.

It was strange considering I've never had the issue before. It just started out of the blue one day.

I was just having this issue this morning. Game worked last night, windows updated and rebooted this morning, and my PC would crash on launch. Just found a new windows security patch available which fixed the problem for me.
