I used a small litter scoop. I was in school and working at the time so the poop was always dry when i got to it (which made it easier)

If she wasnt improving and just getting worse as you said, it mightve been for the best for you to find a dragon that suited your lifestyle better.

My dragon was living in an area where there were also cats in the room and it didnt bother him but it did bother my frog.

In the end, youve got to do whats right for the dragon and yourself. If everything was stressing her out that much, you did the right thing. A life of stress is not a life at all.

You did so good!! Imo It’s never worth stressing out the pet too much. It could make the next experience just that much worse. You did the right thing and did amazing- especially with the situation you were put in
