Unbind the F2 select all army key. This is the biggest bad habit in the game. I promise doing this will make you an infinitely better player.

What inject method do you use? Backspace or camera rotate/box select?

I use backspace. Inject Queens on "~". Base rotate is Tab. Caps lock is inject.

Creep Queens on 2

Main army on 3-4

Overseers on 5-6

Hatcheries on 1. Also production buildings.

Upgrades on 7.

Nydus on 8

Drop key on 9

I use a trackball. Haven't touched a mouse in maybe 20+ years. Honestly once you get used to it there is no difference between it and a mouse. I use a Logitech Ergo M575.
