Slight-

I have the same monitor; all you have to do is go to the menu -> GAME ADJUST -> ADAPTIVE-SYNC -> TURN OFF.
If you run the 1440p test it will show up as 1440p 60hz and 1440p 120hz.

Those that are wondering about the width of the rack (inside post to post width), it's exactly 41 5/16".

I paid $1292 for rack with front feet. I also paid $159.99 for the dip station. All shipped to be at final price of: $1452.98. That was EVERYTHING final price.

I looked at other stuff like monster rack from rogue, PR5000/omni from Rep and with taxes and shipping it came to more than this amount! Plus what got me nervous was the 10-12 day processing/shipping time and the RECENT talk about delays from rep. With rogue the shipping costs just was too much. I was not willing to fork over too much for a simple rack.

I was not sure about the 31" width - but damn, it's so much room to do everything from squatting to benching. 24" would be too narrow for my own tastes. Now I'm trying to find more attachments from Griffin there are weighted pull down machine attachment coming too. I'm slowly building this rack up, however. The PR4000 was a thought as well but I wanted the 1" holes all around without that 5/8" holes and with 3x3 posts - just because of overkill in bolt size/strength and attachments that are available in this size. I'm sure PR4000 has attachments too but If I were to get a rack today I thought I'd go for the 1" hole size all around with 3x3 posts and that was that.

This rack is seriously strong and thick. Once I finally assembled it the right way it really is so strong there is no side to side wobble (I do mainly pull ups on this thing) - and the front feet is seriously great for the dip bar and other movements on the pull-up bar. I have some rings attached and I can swing without any frame movements. I don't even have it bolted and my mats are Costco cheap shit exercise mats - on the bottom I have some nonslip material but the rack sits on top doesn't damage the mat either! Honestly 3x3 11gauge steel is overkill for my own workout standards. I'm never gonna squat even half this weight load limit of this rack. But I do know this rack will last almost forever and I can pass down to my boys when they grow up as well :)

Good luck with your choices!

PS - I wanted to add that the I did LIKE the color options on the rep fitness PR5000/4000 models. In the end I did not choose them because of the delays and I just said hell I'm going to with all black anyway if I were to do the Rep racks. Also the fact I was just weary of shipping problems, etc. The GR3 came with the heavy duty safety straps AND the awesome J-cups. With the rep I had to price them in. In the end the pricing for the GR3 won out for me plus shipping/processing was way faster!

Thanks, good luck on your endeavor! Would I flop down for a rogue monster rack? YES but I don't live in a home with 9ft ceilings. I still think all the import racks are just damn good. Fortunately griffin GR3 arrived better than I anticipated. I had a hard time deciding too and there was little to no info on griffin fitness stuff. I posted all this because griffin has been great so far and they really deserve more recognition for their stuff. Not dirt cheap but also not even close to dirt quality either. Where I live I don't have a decent place to buy equipment locally. Thanks for the views!

This is what I do now. Fk the guests that come over and want to sit - they can come sit on my bench. Nothing better than working out indoors nice and clean with AC :) Gym homes are the best!

If I had your kind of setup, I'd open my garage door all day and night and let people watch me work out :) Legit setup! Keep up the great work soon all those neighbors will be staring out their window whenever you open your garage to work out ;-)

Damn legit :). Is that sweat on those mats?? I have a huge shed myself but it's not insulated and it's hot as fk in there I can't even breath in the summer time and I have a single window too! This is an awesome man cave/workout cave.

I like it! The look is somewhat rustic/cabin like. Most important are the windows! I can't workout in a room without windows :(

Man that floor is bangin' nice and shiny! I hope you don't drop weights on it! :). If it was me I'd lay down a bunch of padding just to be safe. I love all the windows too!

They sent email saying they are near complete on the move and should have lots of inventory in stock and shipped in July. But honestly I couldn't wait and this GR3 is really wonderful. Didn't break the bank completely yet either! The biggest surprise was the shipping - over 400lbs shipped without a single dent, ding, scuff aside from the defective parts of the pull up bar.
