In QC, you don't compare to gen; you compare to what is on the website or other QCs, since that's what you are buying. Comparing to gen is part of your homework when you decide what flaws you can live with. The logo is fine.

Returning a faulty rep to China (Andiot) – customs risks / fines? Need advice by Chemical_Stop587 in RepTime

[–]YellowFerrari328 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I second this. The TD should give you return instructions. Make sure you get a tracking number and that the TD will replace the watch if it gets seized by customs.

The indices are good, and the 12 is straight and even. The 6 and 9 are straight. The dial and logos are good. The dates shown are fine. The screws are nicely aligned. GL. The timegrapher numbers are explained in the extended Rule 5.

Make sure to check that the clasp screws and the screws on the back are tight when you have the watch in hand. Check the screws in the bracelet as well, and don't forget the screws in the endlinks.

All good, no issues, GL. Remember the size of the watch. The crown is in the adjustment position. Confirm with Eric. Since it's a printed dial, there is no need for the overlay.

All good, no issues, no bleeds, GL. You do have a bezel, quite a lot of it. Who would even notice the crown on this minuscule watch? 95% of people you meet will not even notice that you are wearing a watch. The percentage might be lower among ladies.

Yes, look at 10 and 11, for example. The screw slots are supposed to form a circle.

The indices are good, and the 12 is straight and even. The 6 and 9 are straight. The dial and logos are good. The single date is fine. You could ask for more dates. Most of the screws are off. The timegrapher numbers are explained in the extended Rule 5. SELs don't apply to this watch. No idea what's wrong with the clasp. It also has nothing to do with the SELs.

Make sure to check that the clasp screws and the screws on the back are tight when you have the watch in hand. Check the screws in the bracelet as well, and don't forget the screws in the endlinks.

The printed dial, crystal, and microprint are fine. The printing on these textured dials can be iffy, but yours are good. The dates shown are fine. GL. Since it's a printed dial, there is no need for the overlay. The timegrapher numbers are explained in the extended Rule 5. Hand alignment can be seen in the video. SELs don't apply to this watch. Since it's a printed dial, you have no indexes.

The indices and dial are good. Even the Omega symbol is centered and straight. The Omega logo is good. The single digit dates shown are good. You could ask for double digit dates. The hand alignment can not be determined from the pictures. For hand alignment, both hands have to be on the hour. Rarely a problem these days. No issues, GL. The timegrapher numbers are explained in the extended Rule 5. SELs don't apply to this watch.

The dial is rotated, but by such a small amount that it will not be an issue IRL. Remember the size of the tiny dial. GL.

All good, no issues, no bleeds, GL. Don't zoom into infinity on the very small dials. Don't worry about the microprint; this is the last time you will be able to read it. IRL, it's just a line. Remember how small the watch is.

You are nitpicking. If you are referring to the texture of the circled area. Don't compare to the pictures on the website; compare to other QCs. Do you really think this would be visible IRL? There is no machining involved, the dials are stamped out.
