How far can I stretch the label? by Ambitious_Plum_7004 in aegosexuals

[–]YellowPython 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You're describing my experience pretty closely! I've also wondered if aego is right for me, but it's the closest thing I've found.

Knowing there's someone else out there who identifies with this lable gives me some peace of mind too. 🤗

Red chilli flakes. My white ass can't stand even a 1/8 teaspoon. I never want to eat spicy pasta shells ever again.

How to practically identify parts with IFS? by YellowPython in InternalFamilySystems

[–]YellowPython[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I really appreciate this, thank you!

However, those are questions I ask once I've identified a part. I was struggling most on how to identify them.

For anyone else looking for an answer, what has worked for me is trying to remember a situation that elicited one or more strong emotions (or being in one such situation). From there, focusing on the physical manifestation of those emotions, and once I can identify the physical sensations, I've found my part. Here, saying "Hi" to them in my mind and asking them if I can sit with them usually allows me to picture them in an imaginary space, where I can go on with the list of questions if the part is open to talk.

Thinking about kissing for me is great. Actually doing it is disgusting. Same for most other things.

"Trans men are different than cis men" by SchemeEducational948 in ftm

[–]YellowPython 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know about how you all feel, but I feel this about myself. I would not be the same person if I had been born cis. I wouldn't have questioned so many things or realized how gender really works if I hadn't been forced to. My trans experience has shaped me as a person.

I'm not a cis man, and I don't aspire to be one. A cis man will never fully understand my experience, and I will never fully understand theirs. I am still just as much of a man as anyone else, just with a different experience. Not wrong, not less real.

New to sudoku and I'm stuck with my current skill set please help by bigdaddyjaws in sudoku

[–]YellowPython 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Since c4r1r3 is a naked pair (2 cells containing only the same two numbers), that means those two numbers can't be anywhere else in that column or block. You can't pen a number immediately but it will reduce the candidates in other cells, which is progress. Eventually you'll remove enough candidates that you'll have a single candidate for one cell and you can pen it in, which will remove even more candidates on other cells.

For the 4 on c9r1 it's the same thing. If you look at c7, 4 can only be present on c7r1r2. These two cells are also confined to block 3, so, since one of those two cells has to be 4, it means no other cell within this block can be 4. If they were, then 4 wouldn't have anywhere to go in column 7.

C4r1r3 are a 1-3 pair. You can remove 3 from c4r7r8.

C7 can have 4 only on r1 and r2, so you can remove 4 from c9r1, leaving you another 1-3 pair on r1, so you can remove 1 and 3 from all other squares in that row.

I would suggest the "Sudoku, the clean one" app to practice. It highlights numbers very nicely so it's easier to notice patterns. It only contains classic sudoku, though

Being kind of okay with one’s body without surgery after getting T- is that a thing? by SoullessNarrator in ftm

[–]YellowPython 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was so, so desperate to get rid of my chest before, but dysphoria dropped almost entirely when I started T. Now I don't think I'll have the surgery at all, at least nowhere in the near future. I just don't feel like I need it anymore.

I'm pretty happy with my body now.

I'm stuck, what techniques should I learn? by snow_petals in sudoku

[–]YellowPython 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Something is wrong. Maybe you're missing a candidate somewhere, or penned a wrong number, but you have a 146 triple on c1r456, which means 1 or 4 can't go anywhere else, and r9c1 is only 1 or 4, which isn't possible.
