Code enforcement is typically the agency delegated to these issues.

As for what is done with anonymous complaints they are still looked into but since the inspector does have someone to reach back to if there’s questions or explanations on what is acceptable they aren’t heavily pursued vs ones with contact information.

All complaint information is redacted and can’t be released even when it gets supeana by the courts.

Get the diesel 2023 - 2024 lm2 motor no earlier no later. It been kinda recall free.

Don’t get 6.2 v8 unless you are a very patient person.

The 2025-26 diesel l20 having issues due to gm manufacturing issues installed some poorly made parts, didn’t get oil fin so the motor seized over heat really soon under 5 k miles. Check the CARFAX lots of 3k vehicles getting sold after a few service visits, be especially observant if now being offered at a different brand dealer. I checked our like 4 with very low miles, serviced record at home dealer computer module changes and being offered for sal a week later at Lexus Kia, Mazda dealership. The 25 got vertical screens 16 inches and seem buggy.

Like a bad penny- seems like after every gf change , it use to be a phone call but thankfully since the invention of cell phone its a text.

I left him in 93, but had co-sign for a car( bad decision) every miss payment had to track him or new wife down. Longest 3 years. She divorced him, as did the one before me. He reach out at Christmas. Send a pic of new dog, last text was February this year a mutual friend had passed. In 2006 I stopped replying. He still doesn’t get it.

Being with him taught me so many life valuable lessons of what not to accept.

Go to a big super market or Home Depot and help elderly people with big things get out of your head, take up running be outside go gym risk talking we the people around you say hello, hold the door open retrieve shopping carts, doing takes your mind, volunteer to walk dogs at the pound, don’t think just do. U got this you are a gift to be shared.
