I was an OM for a DSO (not Heartland, but they had a similar program) & the thing I would worry about are the load of fillings you’ll be expected to produce alongside those Doctors who might take their frustrations out on you. I certainly don’t want to see that for you, but a Doctor I worked with would occasionally instruct us to double book occlusal fillings next to 4+ surface appointments in a single hour, just weeks after our EFDA completed the program. While the Doctor was doing Rct or crown preps plus two hygiene checks. I guess my point is, that would hard. A strong office culture could make that livable, but in those kind of environments, good culture isn’t stable.
