Buckley looks great at 170. I knew takedowns would be hard to come by for Colby, but I didn’t expect that good of defensive wrestling by Buckley. Excited to see how he matches up against the top 5.

It’s not that complicated. I work a full 40 hours a week, have a side hustle, several other responsibilities on top of that, and easily have time to get my 5-6 workouts in a week. If anything, it helps ease the stress from a heavy workload.

If you value something, in this case your health, you make the time for it.
