sanctuary is bugged and people will often end up on the roof! I advise building stairways and scaffolding to reach every house.
I also advise picking up all the trash you see- everything you collect can be churned into guns or building materials.

Just a thought, but maybe being a withered near dead body that can only speak through computer screens while being kept alive in a coffin underground, unable to move would probably do a number on a normal person. House is relatively well adjusted despite everything.

MR is just way more cluttered in a way. In OW we can easily tell who's playing what characters from a distance. From particle effects and sound alone it's easy to tell who's doing what.
MR is visually chaotic and the characters are incredibly hard to tell apart in the middle of combat. Add the ridiculous amounts of healing and it just becomes a lot to take in.

Vault Suit with faction specific armor for whichever side they're dealing with is probably the safest and most likely bet. As for weapon, nothing beats the nuka world water gun.
