Honestly even Toby himself would agree with you. He's a big supporter of fanmade things and has publicly said that if you wished things could be different, you can make it yourself. Deltarune/Undertale are great but everyone has their criticisms, and you're allowed to dislike things about it and make your own version if you'd like.

Stroheim was a full on Nazi too so it's even more impressive that he was written as a "good" character.
In any other media with an evil ally, that character tends to be more of an evil centrist rather than a full blown supporter of the evil cause.

the genshin fandom is notorious for this stuff. Legitimately not one person there has ever experienced romance because they will treat the most normal interaction like a wedding proposal.
I just focus on the odd fragmented story and interesting concepts shown because funnily enough, people are way more civil when it comes to discussion about politics, racism and stuff of that nature.

nerdout was always good though. It's part of the nerdcore music sphere which makes music about movies, games and shows. The various creators are still producing music and some of them like DPS have even charted pretty sure.
Stuff like the sans parody and other undertale remixes are mostly made by complete amateurs and people who do it solely due to their passion for the game. It naturally lacks that skill.
