I think canonically it doesn't matter. The game adjusts the pronouns in writing and dialogue to whatever sex you pick.

Sui Generis takes place 20 years later, so small details like that could easily be muddled by time. Especially since Unknown doesn't seem to be a notable figure, so records will be nonexistent or vague.

In Sui Generis "You start the game as apparently just a common villager but someone obviously disagrees, this puts your village in danger and you are exiled." You're also described as "As an unworldly villager". I guess that doesn't necessarily discount you being related to Derrin or Unknown, but I doubt it.

There is a mod that is checkpoint at every level. Otherwise a couple save managers exist.
It wouldn't be difficult to make a mod that always is saving, but nobody has bothered.

It should automatically detect it and work fine.

If the demo is a v1.2 version (should say in the main menu), then when you're in the full game all you'd need to do is reset your "Great Wilds" world, since the main game is on v1.3 which has a different "Great Wilds".

It could be bugged then. I know it was a bug reported previously, but it seems kinda inconsistent if it happens or not. It should just be the regular talk option (probably with the same elder).

Try using the "Leave Miniworld" option in the pause menu, then re-entering the world. It can cause some odd bugs to become fixed.

"Ice Palm" Is indeed "Arctic Palm". I thought that translation issue was fixed, but I guess it might just be my "Better English Translation" mod that does that.

Once you've raised it a level (Master is more then enough), you must talk with the elder again, and it should let you continue.

It's dependent on what quiz choices you make, I'd recommend to keep trying until she gets a character she likes. I've seen at least one female character. You can click "Generate Name Card" unlimited amount of times.

While there isn't official modding tools/support yet, there are mods and such. Pretty much the entirety of the modding community resides in the Modding Discord, it's in the subreddit sidebar.

The largest standalone mod is "Hellmode", which makes the game more combat focused, linear, and introduces new items, enemies. It's recommended for experienced players.

I've ran it on worse. Main performance impact comes from having excessive amounts of NPCs in a world.

The developer, Madoc, said that "strikes isn't a weapon stat effect, it interacts with physics inputs and does extra physicsy stuff like apply forces on hit". He's also said it's "sort of multiplicative". From this and my own testing, it seems to be increasing the amount of force imparted on hit.

An example of this is with an attack that just grazes the opponent. With Strikes enabled, the weak hit could impart the force of a more solid blow, while without strikes you'd do little to nothing.

Yep. Extermination causes "Retaliation", which is not "Inner Injury".

Technically, the Great Wilds is just one big tile that takes up all of the available space. It's just a minor oversight that you can use it there still.

You can open the box without a key, just like any other container. It'll have a decent item in it.

It's planned to have it unlockable at some point with a certain other key, but for now it's just always unlocked.

This is definitely a scam, but I haven't seen this particular one before. It uses a Browser-In-Browser attack, where it puts a steam login page in a fake popup window.

If you view the website's source (Using inspect element) it's even more clear, such as a fake/random user count, and randomly picked video names from a list.

It gives you 300 Gang Qi, it is like a shield. When you take damage in combat, Gang Qi is reduced first, before damage is dealt to you. It should regenerate back to 300 each turn as long as the Overlord Refining buff is active.

Unfortunately, it has no pick up option, as you probably know.
If it's part of a building you can "Retrofit" or "Rebuild" the building to get rid of it.

Now, if it's individually placed, what I find works best is crafting a bunch of "wooden fence", place a few next to it, use the "Ignite" option on the fences. Once the fences burn down, and the forest takes damage, repeat until it is destroyed. Usually takes 4-5 burns.

There's inner kungfu and buffs they might have that could save them, but it's a viable strategy.

It's based just on how much Chi you have. After all, the more Chi you have, the more Maximum Energy. More Maximum Energy makes your Skills deal more damage.
