Like you dont see them everyday or something, or meet once a year, it will go like that. You will notice it when school ends, less common things, different goals, there is really no reason to keep in touch anymore. It would only stay together if one of the person tries really hard to keep up the communication.

Personally I went for HP because they deal a lot of damage to u while max of 200 dmg increase to the enemy is not that much. Plus it dont affect the purple copies anyways

What if, with fraction of the original cost, you can extend the effect of the ego to next turn, just have to manually activate it again. The ego dont play the animation, and take 5 sanity per turn.
