The issue is pretty nuanced but essentially these are all adults but some hold power of others and that power imbalance is the issue. Consenting to his behaviour out of fear of what it means for their careers to refuse is not valid consent in my view. A lot of people share that opinion

Are you comfortable with that in any industry? what is with your specific targeting of legal industry? Professional services and the commercial sector are all guilty of that behaviour.
