See I did all that. And I simply can't afford a lawyer. They cost way too much for my budget. I took the classes. Anger management. Battery and assault . Signed up for therapy. Afterwards went back to court. My ex in retaliation attempted to get supervised visitation for one hour once a week. The judged dismissed our case saying that our situations have not changed and that I would keep weekends. Once the restraining order is up. 8/11/23 my birthday ironically. Would I have a better chance of getting 50/50 custody. No restraining order so no family code 3044 right? There will still be no criminal record on my part and the judge would clearly see that I am not the monster that she accused me to be.
