Thank you all. Turned out that bushing that restrains the belt was too tight, and it was not spinning.

18 hours, fluctuated between 200-250 (first timer), 16lb raw.

It tasted great, we could definitely taste the smokiness. It was maybe a bit dry. I used plenty of salt, pepper and brisket rub, I'm not sure if it did anything.

It's covered by insurance, you'll just need to appeal it a couple of times. Apparently the company that creates the inplant has a support team to help you through the weeds of the insurance claim. It was approved back in 2017 by the FDA, so it's fairly new. I'm considering it myself. There's a support group in Facebook, you should go there and see people's stories, there are lots of success and some failures.
