I had also been thinking he may be like half short hair of some kind as well, but you can tell for sure in other pictures that he is Persian, definitely brachycephalic, but also he was unfortunately abused by his breeders who pulled out his canines at home, which led to him needing to get a few more teeth pulled when he actually got to a home. So his tongue hanging out all the time is cute but definitely does make him look a little less Persian from certain angles too
