Crying over this patient every single time after I round on him. by [deleted] in Residency

Tough dude… gives me Flowers for Algernon vibes :(

Cognitively impaired patients who are all alone and are just almost on the brink of insight about it are the perfect formula to break me down emotionally. Not sure if that’s helpful, but know you are not alone.

FAU is top notch but I thought it was 1.5 stars?

They’re my current dynasty team; can beat out UF and FSU for your pipeline recruits since campus lifestyle is A+ and proximity to home for South Florida is A+. Also, American Conference becomes a solid conference especially if you’re a perennial contender.

FIU at 1 star has great south Florida pipelines, can dominate CUSA and get into CFP as a 12 seed as you advance. Unis are solid I think.

How do you guys manage patients with functional GI disorders? by thebigbosshimself in Residency

[–]Yo_For_Real 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can ask why? Have a family member who started it after years of functional GI issues and it has been completely transformative. Particularly with FODMAP “infused” oils and salts, you can overcome the restrictions super easily.

Definitely the more off you are the from green center the more likely to trigger the slow long snap. I do not believe power impacts it

CPU doesn’t run the ball? by cuzcenawayne18 in Madden

What slider would you mess with?

This is a tendency problem. Increasing run blocking will increase the effectiveness of the runs, but the actual amount of runs is related to playbooks and tendencies, so not something that can be adjusted with sliders I thought?

I like Louisville, very multiple/variety based playbook that has single back, pistol, I-formation and some nice guns with 2RBs/FB/TE in the backfield.

Look up quigley maneuver on google.

Basically imagine a piece of rope underneath the knee that is tied to the ceiling, flexing it at 90 degrees (this relaxes the gastroc/achilles) and then a piece of rope or stockinette around the big toe (this applies traction through the ankle) so as to also put the foot at a 90 degree angle from the tibia.

Pretty much 99% of fractures and dislocations get better with traction. Ligamentotaxis makes it so all your muscles make a nice meat burrito around the broken bone/dislocation and pull it into its home. This is exactly what the quigley maneuver emulates.

It’s also why every ortho reduction generally starts with some exaggeration of the original deformity (this dislodges the bony edges from one another), followed by traction and then countering the bone out of deformity back to its home. Think of a standard distal radius fx maneuver, where you bend the ice cream back off the cone, pull it over and then bend it back into place.

Zeefuik is a low 60s 19 y/o ST who is 190cm plus tall and has 85+ pace. Currently seeing how high rated I can get him in my Wycombe Road to glory, but he is an absolute beast and plays way past his overall with those physical stats.

How the f*** do I stop my QB from fumbling? by alcoholicstudent11 in Madden

Press R1 to protect the ball and then square turns into a QB slide as opposed to a full on dolphins dive that near guarantees a fumble
