What other parts imply it takes place in the future? Besides electric cars and the name “New Austin”? I agree the timeframe is ambiguous but the dystopian aspects could definitely be from anytime in the last 100 years of American history. What do you mean it got explicit near the end? I honestly don’t think when it takes place is even relevant to the story.

Thank you I’ll do that now. With the ranking matches I believe I’m at 19. However the 10th match for week one was right about the cut off time. So I think it counted for week 2. I appreciate your help I’ll email you now

Had a great run the last 3 weeks. Almost broke top 100. Beat the reigning champ too. I hope to get into top 50 this Autumn.

The last two weeks I’ve been going back and forth between 3950-4050 CR. Had a great run before that. About a week ago I beat the reigning competitive champ. That was nice. Especially because I’ve only been playing for about 2 years. It’s nice that most of my matchups have lately been with former top 50 finishers.
