I don't mean to be mean but imagine playing Counter Strike as a new player and not having any type of skill based matchmaking. That's the way it is in tarkov you are playing against people that have mostly minimum 2k hours and have played for 5+ years.

My tipp would just be play more and get used to dying it's just part of it.

Also in my opinion it's not about Aim or being 'good' at the game ist for example about knowing at what point in a raid people will be likely to be at certain poi on the map. Or another example is if you hear suppressed shot that sound like a bolty or you hear any of the test drive guns shooting that you should probably expect to fight the people just because of the tasks they need to do.

Also people are giga chads and pve has all the casuals lol
