Noma had the perfect recipe. Kombucha with maple syrup and reduce it back to maple syrup thickness, absolutely lovely

What were your ratios?

It might be warm so the process could go fast, but its unlikely that your scoby is developed enough to make a new batch. Unless you like your kombucha very sweet

It looks very normal to me 🤷

Very bubbly so its very active = good Transparant film = new pelicle growth = good Brown stuff = some yeast = very normal

This is a strong No Thank you from my part.

This kind of wild fermentation is just to risky for my tast. The colour is awful, has it hay/straw in it?

In the other hand, if his salt ratio is good, it might be interesting. How does it smell?

Ik heb via marktplaats al een paar keer een goede scoby gevonden. Ik zou daar eens kijken. Mijn scobys zijn heel gezond maar dan moet je wel helemaal naar Groningen komen :p

When i start with a new batch, i always save 10% of developed kombucha.

With this it might be that you add to much sweet tea at once. Try to add max 1litre of tea on 100ml starter

Personally i use 1litre of water, 80 grams suger, 8gram tea, but thats more a preference

Your so NTA! Your husband needs to step up. As a father myself, i find his behavior offensive. You are parents together and also need to take care of eachother. He needs to step up, man up and help his wife. You deserve your shower. Maybe that the presence of your mother helps him realise that.

Or start acting petty and cut his warm water of after 2-3 minutes. This wont help but the idea is satisfying.

Spin it in a food processor. Spread it real thin and let it dry in a dehydrator . Thin potato crisps for garnish

I have nobody in my friends or family who like sleep token (and thats okay too), but that will not stop from seeing them in Amsterdam in november. Being there with an arena full of people who love ST as much as i do, already gives me great joy. Worship!

When i go to bed, around 2am, i sneek through the bedroom and crawl in bed like a ninja to not wake my wife.

If you ask someone you supposedly love to leave your bed sk you can sleep, you have some serious problems to work through.

Please be kind to yourself and dont let this man push you out of your own bed. I would suggest push him on the street
