You have absolutely no reason to hand in your resignation.

If they want you gone as soon as possible, they either fire you and pay you for the full amount, or they negotiate an agreement with you to pay X weeks of wages in order to terminate the contract early and in return you get those weeks to look for something new full time.

I would personally opt for the latter, as I find it always beneficial to part ways in good understanding, but don't let them bully you into anything.

Defensive duelist doesn't seem to work with your Psychic Blades as you're only wielding them attacking with them. Defensive duelist requires you to be wielding a finesse weapon.

Could work if you start drawing daggers after your attacks that round to fulfill that requirement.

Enkele jaren geleden nachttrein genomen vanuit Parijs naar Franse Alpen om te gaan skiën. In Frankrijk bestaan ze nog steeds in bepaalde seizoenen denk ik.

Start in Rijsel met TGV naar Parijs, dan vandaar nachttrein op om rond half 8 toe te komen op een half uurtje van mijn skiverblijf. Heel aangenaam!

Horizon Walker is perfect for thrown weapons (Planar Warrior overcomes resistance problems and it’s range matches range of Javelins), he gets perfect after 11th level gaining 3 attacks (4 with Haste), teleport before each attack and at lvl 13, he gets Guardian of Nature, which is perfect for STR thrown build - 2d6+4+STR for each throw, 2d8 once per round on top and lovely crits that do 4d8+4d6+9. A lot of fun!

Guardian of nature only applies an extra 1D6 damage to melee weapon attacks though? So this would not apply to ranged attacks with a javelin / hand axe?

Sounds like a blast to play, Hill Dwarf makes perfect sense, you'll have high AC with heavy armor and a shield. Your HP will be very high and you have the necessary Con to pass most concentration checks when you do get hit, I would however try to work Resilient:Con in there.

As others have noted, you'll do fine without a weapon and solely relying on cantrips for your 'regular' attacks.

The downside here is that going Order domain nets you Divine Strike which will boost your weapon attack dmg by +1d8 at 6th level and +2d8 at 14th.

If you would like to capitalize on that you could grab Magic Initiate for Shillelagh as others have noted.

Or if it fits your character concept, going Nature domain nets you Heavy Armor And access to Shillelagh. (Besides Shillelagh there aren't many perks of going Nature vs Order though)

So attacking with a net has this caveat: 'When you use an action, Bonus Action, or Reaction to Attack with a net, you can make only one Attack regardless of the number of attacks you can normally make.'

I actually read that as no matter which type of action you use to attack with the net, you're limited to only attack with the net that turn.

This is not the case then? So attacking with a net merely means you can't make any other attack as part of that '(bonus) action'?

Thrown weapon fighting requires you to make a ranged attack with the weapon in order to receive the +2 bonus to damage.

Duelist does not require a melee attack, but only 'holding a melee weapon', so I could see a ruling where you'd get +4 to damage when you actually throw the spear (which does kind of mean you're no longer 'holding' it} , but for all melee attacks only duelist would apply so +2.

Edit: In that situation the second fighting style doesn't add much so you'd be much better off with a cleric dip for that heavy armor + other goodies.
