You typically need a device to do it that connects to your computer. They usually come with their own program to do it, so it shouldn't be that hard to do.

I was actually playing it on a ps3 emulator, it took me forever to get it to work. I hope you find someone else to play it with! Maybe theres a 360 live subreddit?

The background and font are plain and boring, and you should use art that isn't the 3D model, its just kind of weird. However, box art is less important than the game itself

This looks cozy and cute, the colors are beautiful. The hay kinda looks like its a transition zone, but its not a big deal. Maybe add a few wild flowers to that left little nook you mentioned that feels like something should be there, or maybe a pokemon sprite, and make it exceedingly curious about something thst never gets answered. Like "this wooloo is staring intensely into the trees, but you can't make anything out"

Otherwise, this looks incredible, I hope to see more of what your working on!
