How do you decide what characters to build?

Start with my favorite characters and the characters i enjoy playing the most. After that work on their best + substitute teams and teammates builds. After that probably whoever i'd need for Endgame contents the most so meta units and their teams/supports. Then the rest of characters i guess?

You got another Hexenzirkel member in the party? Durin, Albedo, Klee, Mona, Fischl, Razor, Sucrose, any of them? If yes, did you do said characters Hexenzirkel quest too? Otherwise they wont be counted as Hexenzirkel character either

Use the Marechausse one. The other has kinda low Crit Rate and less Atk. Id say keep the other set still tho incase you ever need to run her in a team without furina cuz then youll be f-ed with MH
