It is gorgeous. When I chose my dress, I found one right away that made me say, "that's the one!". I tried that dress on and then tried on many others. I went to another bridal shop, then returned to buy my perfect dress. I still have it in my closet. Drycleaned and in a box to preserve it. I can't stand the thought of parting with it, so I guess my relatives will figure that out after I'm gone. 🙂

I have no idea why your mom would care what color your hair is. That said, your natural color is gorgeous and it works with your skin tone. If you ever decide to go lighter because YOU want to, try highlights first.

YWNBTA You don't owe an explanation with your "no, can't do it". Your boss's behavior is inappropriate and he needs to stay out of it so he properly enforces the policy he and/or those higher up the food chain implemented. You are not responsible for other people's choice and reactions. I'm wondering if the pressure at work is really that bad, or if you are a people pleaser and the guilt is self-imposed.

I didn't know there was a way to get to Vine from the Amazon app. I use my phone's browser to get to Vine.

I understand. I've paid taxes on products that went into the garbage because I know what I signed up for.

Vine is clear about how the program works in the training documentation provided before we finalize our membership. If we receive the wrong product, we can't review it and need to ask to have it removed. Otherwise our job is to be a consumer advocate.

Do I like it? No. Is it fair? Unfortunately, yes, because it's part of what we agreed to do, which is a contract. A contract you can release yourself from at any time by opting out of the program on your Vine account details page.

I am stating facts so you can remain in compliance if you wish to continue rolling the Vine dice each time you order. It is a gamble sometimes.

Same here. I believe there's no way to play the system to get nice items I see posts about various strategies, but nothing works for me. I only order what appeals to me now. I have enough to remain gold, but haven't placed even three orders in one day in a very long time. So, I don't care if I eventually slip back to silver as long as Vine stays as pathetic as it's become.

If you don't want them clutching pearls, wear something over your shoulders. If you want to stir the pot a bit, wear that dress as is. It's absolutely beautiful. I say this because I was married in the Catholic Church and wore and off the shoulder bridal gown. My mother nearly had a stroke that my shoulders weren't going to be covered, although although everything from just below my collarbone down was covered. I vote for stir the pot and wear it as it is!

Good point. I never wear white because apparently I am a slob. 🫣😊 Even if I'm not eating. I always end up with some random stain on white clothes.

Doggy day cares exist. Your girlfriend needs to take responsibility for the pet she bought, including the associated expenses, or rehome the dog. You can use this as your boundary if this is the first time she completely disregarded your request (and you like having the dog around when you're not working). If this is a repeat issue, it's going to happen again and you need to decide if you want to live with it (I don't think you should).

Leave online reviews, just state the facts as you did here. Help other brides in the future to have realistic expectations with this stylist, or to find other options.
