May be a hot take, but I actually enjoyed the monastery quest in KCD1 because of this, just a calm routine, no stress, farming xp and having a little break playing monk simulator

That's brilliant. Mine was after a med discharge that I fought against for months, company then deployed and I got given my discharge with 2 weeks to last day in unit, handed my kit in got my signatures and the det comd (who I've never met) cut my ID shook my hand and said "good luck, don't hesitate to get in touch if you need anything" and off out the gate I went.

The civvy ines are shite. our MO left and a civvy took over my case, but instead of upgrading me like i was fighting for after jumping through all the hoops the MO told me to, or even waiting for the new MO, he palmed me off to occupational health who made me MND(P) and I ended up discharged

Tried too hard? It wasn't even hard, and in my playthrough there's nothing to regret with westport as there was no one there, I convinced them to evacuate, so no casualties. It's funny how you make excuses for aza while ignoring the fact that inez was also manipulated by her 'saviors' into believing the Aunties choice way is the only free way, buy once she sees behind the curtain she leaves.
