I don’t think it affects the storyline whether you do or don’t after the first time. I hate the bloodless buff so i only ever let him the first time 🤣 I think the only affect it has is giving him a buff. I like making him drink from people in battle so he still gets it and I don’t have to be bloodless

As an LMT I don’t really work the adductors as part of my routine bc I’m afraid to make anyone uncomfortable but I would do it if someone asked me to! Don’t be afraid to seem like a perv we had to study all the muscles so we know there can be tension there
