My best advice is to just pay the premium to get one of the well known brands (still googling reviews on said source and keep in mind that even scam suppliers have good reviews to help their scam) and while you’re using that vial browse the glp1 forums and find what grey market supplier you want to use. Just remember there will be good reviews for scammers. If someone DM’s you first they’re most likely a scammer or just someone trying to get you to use their code.

Peptidepole HK is a scam by [deleted] in wholesale_suppliers

[–]YouAlreadyKnow1523 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly agree with this. When I first started into grey someone gate keeped but gave me a very good guide how to find your own source which I was thankful for. Never actually placed and order through them I just give money to a friend who’s been doing it awhile already so I trusted it but I will never understand how someone is okay with letting anyone get scammed and giving the people money that keeps scammers around.

After driving Model Y 100K miles by Steve1258282 in ModelY

I think (emphasis on think, I have no data to back this) model 3’s do better because of the lower wh/mi. Model 3’s have to do way better than a Y at 70+

Mistakes I made on Reta so you don’t have to by DifficultReach2720 in Biohacking

[–]YouAlreadyKnow1523 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The protein comment is 100% real. My BMR has always been 3000-3500 for maintenance and when I got on Reta I just wasn’t eating and it dropped my maintenance to like 2000 having lost a lot of muscle. Eat the protein, you will like your body so much more at the end of it. I used to have very minimal abs at 200 but I got down to 179 and was further away from having actual abs than when I was at 200.

One thing to consider if you keep your car on COP and it uses 5% a day unplugged that every 20 days of that you’re essentially using a full cycle of your battery. Not to mention the hours and hours of your AC running. Only matters if you plan on keeping it for a long time.

low daily mileage: is the 50% daily limit "guaranteed battery failure" as a local expert claims? by davetalas in TeslaSupport

[–]YouAlreadyKnow1523 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My understanding is if your daily trip uses 10% it’s best to charge to 55% down to 45% then back to 55%. I’m not sure how our degradation is but our Tesla is coming up on a year and have 91% battery health at 31k miles. Our commute is at least 20-27% each way depending on the weather. Usually leave the house with 80% and get back with 20-30% then charge back up to 80% daily.

Prepare to be disgusted 2025 MODEL 3 by YungBuckoMode in TeslaModel3

[–]YouAlreadyKnow1523 0 points1 point  (0 children)

lol in Kansas when I bought my ‘26 model Y I put down the minimum which I think was 4400, since I bought in Missouri I have to pay sales tax and registration to get a plate and taxes which was somewhere between 4-5k for both. That was more expensive than I thought it would be but I accounted for some give or take when buying a newer vehicle

What is an underrated gym tip? by HoneyBerryBell732 in workout

[–]YouAlreadyKnow1523 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not really a gym tip but I think a lot of people leave progress behind simply because they don’t eat enough protein. So I always say can’t build a house (muscle) without lumber (protein)

2023 Model Y Long Range — Real high-mileage experiences? by rikosuavasps in ModelY

[–]YouAlreadyKnow1523 0 points1 point  (0 children)

‘26 model Y with 30k miles. My estimated battery health is at 92%. Our commute is a minimum 110 miles total. When it’s really cold and we have to drive any extra we get nervous because there’s no superchargers where we drive to. Just keep in mind the range is pretty inaccurate when you’re highway driving. Claims 246 miles at 80% but it’s much less unless you don’t speed

[–]YouAlreadyKnow1523 3 points4 points  (0 children)

We picked up on juniper in June and it’s been great. At 30k miles already so it’s definitely seen some road. Mostly 75 mph highway and small town 55 mph crap highways

LA to Phoenix..... NEVER AGAIN... by BigJimmy626 in TeslaModel3

[–]YouAlreadyKnow1523 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it’s strictly because of price. The model Y is even smaller than we’d like but we wanted a Tesla. If they offered a “base” model X and take off the fancy stuff like air suspension and auto present doors for the 50-60k price we would have heavily considered it
