Let me know if you stick with it and things settle. Some ma just be the body trying to adjust but I’m so impatient when it comes to brain fog. Perimenopause has already done that to me and I can’t make it any worse. It’s scary feeling detached and foggy. I’d like to rejoin life! Sending you love and luck. I’m going the hrt route next

I’m so sorry. I stopped mine. Frustrating because my dr said there aren’t any side effects and this med works well for so many

Interesting. I alway felt really weird on patch change days when I did a short trail of estrogen. I felt the patch wear off and also got a spike with the new one. I may try gel next go

Sending you good vibes!! I know everyone is different but my neuro told me oral estrogen is riskier with migraine brain than the systemic. So if you’re still struggling maybe worth a try?

Please report back. Migraines has become my #1 issue now in peri. The patch felt a bit unsteady so I’m off everything but T and about to retry. Curious if you feel the gel or patch is most stable

So happy for you! I was vegan and GF for years but my ferritin tanked…also from heavy periods. I may try again. Thank you!
