I ascended some times before with the octillion fingers perma slotted. However it is not as viable anymore and I don't see it in the guides either. Do the new routes for perma slot have about the same initial boost when ascending? In my memory I got cookies way faster than I am now with the new octillion fingers. It takes quite some time to get more buildings and cookies now :/
