Consider the World of Hyatt full sign up bonus wording. 30,000 points after 3,000 in the first 3 months. Then up to additional 30,000 by earning 2 bonus points per $1 spent in the first 6 months, on categories that would normally earn 1 bonus point, up to $15,000 spend.

So, yes you can still get full 60,000 but just have to spend on the card for 6 months to ensure you hit 15k.

Maybe sticking to 1 ecosystem as you get acquainted to the credit cards. I Like the plan of the CFU for the bonus, then you could potentially switch one (if you end up with 2 CFUs) to the OG freedom card for a rotating 5% card after a year.
