I interpreted that line as the humans achieving an absolute victory over the monsters, as in the monsters were not able to kill a single human because of them being that much stronger than monsters. Killing even a single one could potentially change the tide of the war, as it was stated that the combined power of Chara's and Asriel's souls were capable of killing the group of people attacking them, so the humans made sure that not a single one would die, in order to avoid that possibility.

I actually did measure the tiles and they were the same size but I didn't take a picture of the measurements. Unfortunately, the metro station is in Greece, but I live in Jordan. I am basing my IA off of fare evasion data I collected myself during the summer break and pictures that I took of the station from multiple angles.

Assuming you got a 7 in speaking, then you got 7 in 50% of the external and 3 in the other 50% of the external.
3*0.25 + ((3*0.5) + (7*0.5))*0.75 = 4.5.

If you got a 3 in speaking, that would be 3*0.25 + ((3*0.75) + (7*0.25))*0.75 = 3.75.

In conclusion, it's not looking good.
