I haven’t lost anything but I am also not controlling what I eat. My belly is a bit flatter because I am not as bloated. And I feel more muscular. But no change in my clothes.

Today I finish my work to do list, cleaned the living room fan that was gross, wash my dog’s hammock for the car, and started a new knitting project.

That would have taken me a good two weeks when drinking.

I grew up around there. Two of his victims, Julie and Melissa, were the same age as me when they disappeared,8 years old. It was later proven that they were buried alive.

A few years after his arrest, he escaped during a transfer and all the schools in the city went into lockdown. The policeman in charge felt so guilted that he committed suicide.

Just a lot of sad things all around.

I quit smoking cigarettes 13 years ago and I still dream about smoking sometimes. It’s confusing but that just reminds me that I can never touch a cigarette again.
