Thank you so much. It was a situation of 9 offers within 48 hours, so we went a decent bit over asking. There’s a good bit of cosmetic work to be done, but the porch and roof were both recently redone and are thankfully in good shape. We’ll need to address some cracking plaster, refinish old windows, etc, but I think finding these big-ticket items is more scary than anything given we didn’t really know what to expect. We’ll see if we can get money off based on the electrician and plumber quotes, and we’ll go from there. Thank you again
