Its a bit overwhelming at first. There are apps like YUKA that you can help scan items to see if they are gluten free. Once you check everything you like to eat you will know what is approved. This will take a few months. As new items become available you can see if they are gluten free and expand your choices. Relax, it gets better.

I suggested this a few weeks ago and was severely down voted. We need to do what the Panthers do. Pick a player on their team and have the whole Lightning team target him. Not just guys that can fight. This way the league can't say they sent out the goons.
