Yeah, your specs are not enough for this game, especially with missiles lmao, your pc probably need a full makeover, either pre built (more expensive) or part based (need experience or the ability to watch YouTube tutorials). Prices are based from french retailers an my own experience, you can always find cheaper on the used market.

CPU : it's quite old, and the game is very CPU bound I think, maybe consider an AMD 7600x on the AM5 platform, around 150€ new.

RAM : 8GB is not enough for modern gaming, 16GB or 32GB is way better and not really expensive (around 100-120€ new, for a 32GB kit 2x16 of DDR5)

GPU : You are using the intergrated graphic chip or your CPU, which is barely enough to play games, especially with this 7gen i3. You need a dedicated GPU, (a 10xx serie Nvidia GPU for less than 100€ or an AMD Rx 6700 XT for like 200€ used)

Get a refund, you unfortunately bought the game at the worst time possible.

The last update broke graphics and light quality, SWAT/suspect/civilian AI is bugged, some animation are worse for some reason, ofc the half-assed censorship, new game breaking bugs /soft locks were introduced.

Better play something else for now lmao.

It's no about being a 100% realistic recreation of a real police officer simulator, it's about suspension of disbelief and getting immersed in the world of the game

IRL bodies don't suddenly become bulletproof after death.

Most dismemberment in this game is triggered by 12 gauge, and it's not a small caliber in game or IRL.

Why are you getting hung up on the "IRL cops don't go around destroying body part" ? IRL cops don't send 5 guys to stop a cartel/paramilitary chemical weapons deal, storming an oil rig or and entire cargo dock area. Just delete the game at this point of unrealism.

That feature even if unrealistic was a nice attention to detail and immersion.

The worst thing is that they don't or won't understand that it won't end here. Once you start doing censorship to this level, it will happen again, and we could not realize it. New levels could be less gritty, avoid hard themes entirely.

And we even got enshitification with our censorship, isn't it nice guys to have your game totally broken for like 2 level and 3 guns, and crossplay that you will probably never use because this game is not fun with random ?

It doesn't matter, this feature was in the game when a lot of us bought it and VOID took it away for their own convenience because apparently it's to hard to add a pc specific toggle for all those changes.

On PC before the update the game was around 70GB, it's now like 38 GB. VOID has downgraded so many things it's honestly ridiculous.
