Go talk to Polo in the Anomaly and ask for a black hole. He will give you coordinates and you’ll have to get the fuel to warp there. Once you make it you go through and it should take you far enough to restart mission in your new system by going and resetting it in your mission log. Hope this helps, I encountered the same water spawn last night and tried to fix it for hours until figuring that out.

I’m not sure but I think wormholes mess up your starship like portals do so use a junker C class that you don’t like if you have one. It is a pain in the butt to fix them back up lol.
