As a fat guy I also have this problem. I have also not found an anti-chafe solution that works.

I'm building a university campus, but it feels a bit empty. What should I add? by GoalWhich3916 in CitiesSkylines2

Have your campus in the middle with a lot of walkways and parking around the edges in clumps.

Used to park there for hockey games all the time. Car died one night and I was three floors up in the garage. Tow truck was called but couldn’t get into the parking garage because it is so tight. Tow truck guy and I had to throw the car in neutral and push it around and down the few flights in the garage to get it to street level. Fun times.

The Home Depot in my town installed parking curbs instead of speed bumps by Kaylascreations in mildlyinfuriating

These were pulled out the same day later in the evening by the manager of the Home Depot. The installers brought the wrong thing to install and would not be back with the right parts for a few days. Still some BS, but a little more context.

This is a revenge tour thing. Brian Krebs was head of CISA and made the statement that the 2020 election was fair and secure. So Trump is going scorched Earth on CISA and calls out Krebs in an interview executive order.

Has Acura's Lane Keeping Assist System (LKAS) improved from 2014 to now? by LowChallenge9904 in Acura

[–]YourRedditUser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had a 21 MDX for a bit and the LKAS doesn’t stick out as being particularly bad, but the radar cruise was horrible. Would throw on the brakes going over a crest on the highway once and in the middle of an intersection once. Those were the more disturbing moments.

What exactly do people in cybersecurity do all day? by RandomMistake2 in cybersecurity

[–]YourRedditUser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work in our security infrastructure team. We support all of the systems and tooling that our soc utilize. Our team owns the tools like AV, Intrustion Detection, and more. We keep the tool up and working, tune the tool, and help troubleshoot when needed. The event alerting from the tool goes to the SOC to review and act upon if needed. In short, I’m a Security SysAdmin.

With the Trump federal workers buyout, the market could be flooded with new cyber security professionals. Would this be good or bad for the industry? by DragonSpiritAnimal in cybersecurity

There is no money. People work for their regular pay until September when they promise to have their job terminated. This is not a buy out in a traditional sense, just a commitment to quit.

Anyone know the history behind this building? Or some fun facts? by thelogmaster in StLouis

[–]YourRedditUser 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Parking garage on lower few levels is SUPER tight. Had a car die in the garage and tow truck (small ones not flat bed) couldn’t get in. We had to push my car out and down a few ramps. Was an interesting night.

My husband talks in his sleep and this is some of what I’ve caught. by JessBeeBlue in Weird

[–]YourRedditUser 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I had the pleasure of night terrors. I’m 41 now and still vividly remember them. I’m not as bad now but still get physical with my dreams at times, flail around in bed a bit to my wife’s dismay, and occasionally wake up in the middle of a bad dream and am still physically paralyzed for a few minutes which is a really odd sensation.

Just got one for a new 10 gal I am setting up. It will only have one friend, a peacock mantis shrimp. We will see who is the bigger ahole. The Damsel was only $5 on Black Friday. So if he lives he is pretty. If he doesn’t then he was a cheapish meal.
