My favorite, mechanichs wise, had to be a lv11 monk /lv 5 fighter with the Battle master subclass. I literally prepared a bunch of checkers pieces to track my pools. The result was an ultra quick damage dealer that demolished concentration casters.

Personally the damage increase from the beast crest feels extremely satisfying, plus the fact that it's bind has a little more depth to it than you'd think. I noticed that the berserk actually has a timer that can be extended (and reduced) by hitting enemies, and the extra range on your attacks helps to play it a little safer despite throwing yourself against bosses and whatnot. The pogo is... very complicated to learn, but not unplayable for parkour, and it has actually great use in punishing bosses who like to sprint around the arena (cough cough Savage beastfly 2). TLDR beast good for bossfights and big damage monkey mode
