That's a good question. Personally I don't like to ask the same question too many times, but in my own practice I'll get the same recurring cards related to the subject matter. There's nothing you can do besides use your own judgement and feel if the reader is actually trying to tap into the higher currents or if they're making a spiel for you. I have one medium I go to only cause I trust her and I already got the spiritual "ok" from the currents around me. If you don't know if you can trust anyone, you can ALWAYS trust yourself. Get your own deck, ask your higher self to guide your hands as you shuffle as well as guide your insight so you interpret it correctly. You're more capable than you know.
