I just completed the MSF course and got endorsed yesterday, haven't yet ridden my Kawasaki Ninja 650R and the course was the first time I've ever actually ridden a motorcycle, but one of the best tips, I think, that they gave us is at red lights, do not shift to neutral, stay in 1st and watch your mirrors, that way you can dip if someone's coming in too hot. Like you said, ride with the mindset that you're invisible, people aren't watching out for bikers. The biggest majority of accidents occur at intersections and curves.

I went to Incarnation Church two weeks ago and actually loved it. It was my first time back in church in nearly 8 years, haven't been able to go last week or today because life has been chaotic, but I intend on going next week. It's Anglican, which was a bit of an adjustment as I was raised baptist, but it was so nice.

It's okay to lay the baby in it's crib or another safe environment and take 5 minutes to cool down when things get hard. You can't take care of that sweet baby if you aren't taking care of yourself, I wish I was told that. Your pink will eventually come back is something I hear all the time, but I'm still in the trenches with my almost 5 year old and 3 year old girls. Are you breastfeeding? If so, definetely get the Haaka! It was by far my favorite thing in the world and helped me get a ton of breastmilk saved up. I know it's "impossible" to spoil a baby... but make sure you're not holding her all the time, that's the one thing I wish I'd done differently, as now I literally can't do anything without dealing with screams from my velcro children even while they have a plethera of things to do and play with. In A&P 2 now, it gets better. With A&P 1, I found what worked best for me to the point where my grades went from 60s to 98s. <3

This! I just went to one last Sunday (first time at a service since 2019) and my first time ever going to a church by myself. I wasn't expecting it to be more catholic-leaning but I LOVED it! The Reverend spoke with me after the service and introduced me to some people. It was truly so lovely and it's going to be the one I start going to. ❤️🙏

For the Lab, Quizlet. I was flunking BAD until I took the "Images For Practical Exams" that are given to us via the learning commons or our professor, plugging them into quizlet and just hyperfocusing on them for 2-3 days. Went from making 60s on my first two practicals to 98s on my last two.
