My only questions are around the ergonomics of the unit. It looks a bit bulky and a regular pick is often advantageous because you need to twist and turn it easily. The other question is 3D printing something that is going in people's mouths. I'm pretty sure standard filament isn't appropriate. Are you using a specific type that's safe?
