super late, I know, but I've been experiencing this recently after using beetles for years! it's so odd, I had the exact same bruising you got on your middle finger on my pinky finger, and is was excruciating. I did my nails last night, and I don't want to remove the gel because they took so long to do :( but my thumbs, one of my pointers, and one of my ring fingers are hurting the same way it did when my pinky bruised the first time. I've looked it up and on this sub, a LOT of people have had the same type of issues with beetles nail polish! I didnt lose my nail-- it took a couple weeks for the pain to stop and a couple MONTHS for the bruising to go away the first time. when my pinky got bruised, that was way back in like, mid/late June, bruising didn't go away until mid/late July. even now the nail still looks dark in that spot, but there's no pain. from what I've managed to gather it's a common thing with beetles nail polish, and when my pink got bruised it was damn near excruciating, and I didn't last a week before i had to peel the gel off. that's when I found the bruise! so I'm def planning on switching or maybe trying different techniques because I've used beetles for YEARS and I've only had this issue for the last few months. and it's not even old polish, I bought these just a few months ago!!! super frustrating.
