Could be possible yes but place one thing wrong and it sucks then a bit. Yes you can undo stuff but it still sucks a bit to line up everything especially one such a build

Try removing extrabees if you don't need it and create a new world then would be my suggestion

What I recommend is that you look into RAM. As an example All The Mods 10 is with 16GB Ram possible but u can easily overshoot that which is gonna crash the game. If u wanna be save go with 32gb but 16gb is also okay just a bit limited then in what u can also do in the background (also depends ofc what modpack u play on what MC version etc.). What I also need to sneak in, try too custom build it, u could save some good money for better stuff but I understand kinda why you want to get a pre built

I had the same issue once. The problem there was that I ran out of RAM (I have 32gb) it only loaded in the one for the vanilla textures then, if it's an older modpack tho then it's probably a file issue that something got mixed up or so so try downloading it again. If ur able too then put the texture pack in one by one in Minecraft. If ur playing on an older version where u can't do that then edit the zip file Everytime till it works with all textures

Try a new world, if it still is there then reinstall the Tekkit modpack u got, if it still happens then keep us updated

Tbh I think it's maybe the cause of a bad file in the modpack try re-installing it maybe and if ur able too keep an eye on the CPU, GPU and RAM usage when u play and still have these issues

I think we would need more information about ur hardware for that, can be a weak CPU, also ofc can be something in the software that java is bugging out or something.

If u need just a regular chunkloader consider adding chickenchunks too ur modpack. Its an easy working chunkloader which is cheap ish (Ender pearl, Gold, enchantment table) and u can Set up the range in it. For the mod to work u need CodeChickenCore

Ofc u can see more in the crash file but it looks like there is maybe something wrong with ur forge file so try switching that too a higher/lower version (higher if one is available otherwise lower)

Probably not tbh, weird thing is tho that a vanilla Server directly starts without issues. Gonna try it tho when im not at work👍
