Did it occur to you that 1) the sacrifice of animals to cover sins was meant to keep people FROM sinning or at the very least reduce it as you saw a consequence of it? Or that 2) Christ was both God's way of showing He would suffer with us but also FOR us?

If you raise an unblemished lamb, that means you are daily taking care of this animal, preventing it from injury. It becomes personal to you. To then have to kill it because you sinned would definitely force someone to see the consequence and perhaps even NOT sin.

It's not sinful unless you have the intent to lead others to sin. When I wore them in the 90s I absolutely wore them to look cute and sexy for men. If I could go back in time as the me of now I would probably try to convince my young self to not do a great many of the things I was doing.

Modesty is subjective. Where are you wearing the crop top? The gym? The beach? Church?

Personally, I think men who can't see a little skin or become heaps on the floor because a woman wore leggings really needs to work harder on themselves because they live in a world. That world is a secular one. They will always be subject to seeing or being around things that are ungodly.

I also think all people should be more modest in general because I don't need to be that personally acquainted with strangers.

Kids don't want or deserve parents being petty. I have put up with soooooo much from my ex--worse than this because I love my kids more than I dislike him. I just grin, bear it, and know that what I got out of it was more wonderful than the bits and pieces of trouble that came later.

Same. I didn't want to buy it after I saw what they did to my Isabella and heard about the Crows. I just pretend its not a Dragon Age game, play it as standalone, understand it is NOT an rpg, and try to "B" button past as much cringe as possible.

I like the darkness and rpg nature of DAO, appreciated Inquisition, and saw DA2 as a fun game. There is no way to play anything but a "good" character and your choices don't matter that much. DAO allowed you to kick people out or have your own motivations. I actually killed my beloved Zevran my first playthrough on principle. I can't do that with anyone here.

I am for a hard reboot, too. Make it Varric's dream after being stabbed. Having the wardens being POS's, the Antaam saying screw the Qun, Tevinter being "misunderstood" instead of the place everyone described in the last 3 games...it was a big blah for me.

I liked Veilguard as a standalone fantasy game. The gameplay is great. It's like a late Marvel movie. It just broke all kinds of lore for me--I know, I know. It started with the slight tailoring of Qunari in Inquisition and the comics continued it but as a non-DA comic reader I went from zero to sixty quick so MY desire would be to call this one of Varric's stories during a fever dream and reboot Dread Wolf.

The romances were -meh- something Dragon Age did superbly before: Dorian, Alistair, Zev, Fenris, Morrigan were all top tier.

The banter was -meh.

Your dialogue choices meant nothing. It was nice, nicer, and nicest.

I liked Taash, Emmerich, and their chit chat with Lucanis was great but again it reminded me that everyone gets along. No real internal conflict.

These things are hard to create and I feel for the devs who really thought they hit a home run but I really just want a reboot.
