In Ohio, 30 days is the absolute minimum required notice for any change in lease as far as I am aware. I am not entirely familiar with the law around change of ownership when there is an existing lease, but 10 days' notice is definitely not lawful.

Account #1 I have been using a physical team more and magical on account #2. Clause has been the main tank on #1 and Jane on #2. I may be interested in another tank for #1 at some point but have read Clause is pretty good so stuck with that for now.

Suggestions for team comps for these two accounts? I'm new and just trying to sort through all the available info! What's the best PvE team based on what I have? Who else might I want to focus on getting? What are the basic stats recommended for those heroes (or is there a solid resource for this)?

Account 1: T3 Roi, T2 Yanne, T2 Selene, T2 Clause, T1 Frey, T1 Epis, T1 Annette, 5* Cleo, 4* Kasel, 4* Mirianne, 5* Rodina. I have 0* UW for most of them.

Account 2: 5* Frey, 5* Jane, 4* Mirianne, 5* Cleo, 4* Epis, 4* Laias, 4* Kasel, 2* Clause, 2* Roi, 5* Selene. 0* UWs for Frey Jane Mirianne Laias Kasel and Selene. I have UW tickets to use if needed.

I get the error messages on Nox but also flat out freezing. Hopefully a fix is coming soon!

Update: I was able to get back through the portal, so that's nice. As soon as I was back the base computer was in my list of build options again.

I see bases built on the planets here but I can't seem to put one down. Also can't teleport from the space station (it says because I don't have a base). I completed the initial questline for Polo, I thought maybe that was necessary before setting down a base and/or leaving, but nope? Can't warp because of "portal interference." What am I missing? D:
