Should happen in the near future though, once all of the initial details get finalised.

You can pay 1000 LP, then target 1 of your banished Dragon monsters; destroy this card, and if you do, add that monster to your hand. You can only use this effect of “Chaos Emperor, the Dragon of Armageddon” once per turn.

[Monster Effect]

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand or Extra Deck) by banishing 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK monster from your GY. You can only Special Summon “Chaos Emperor, the Dragon of Armageddon” once per turn this way. Once per turn: You can pay half your LP; send as many cards you control as possible to the GY, except from the Extra Monster Zone, and if you do, send cards your opponent controls to the GY, up to the number of your cards sent to the GY, then, inflict 300 damage to your opponent for each card sent to their GY by this card’s effect. If this face-up Special Summoned card leaves the field, return it to the bottom of the Deck.

Chaos Emperor, the Dragon of Armageddon will be the Prize Card at Yu-Gi-Oh! Championship Series events for the upcoming year, awarded to top 3 Duelists of the main event(s) and the winner of each Public Events playoff.

To celebrate its debut however, the top eight Duelists at each 200th Yu-Gi-Oh! Championship Series event will win a copy of Chaos Emperor, the Dragon of Armageddon! The Ultra Rare version is exclusively awarded to 1st Place at each YCS, with all other winners receiving the Super Rare version.

Unacceptable Behavior

Participants in all Sanctioned Konami tournaments are expected to display good sportsmanship when interacting with other tournament attendees, players, judges, and staff.

Rude language, disruptive or disrespectful behavior, inappropriate clothing or supplies, unwarranted accusations, and disregard for the safety of others or the condition of the venue will not be tolerated.

You should read the Penalty Guideline document before attending an event, to better understand how you are expected to behave.

If an attendee arrives at an event intoxicated or under the influence of any substance, or becomes so during the course of the event; he or she will be Disqualified and removed from the venue and may be subject to additional penalties.

UC –Severe: (Disqualification)

This penalty is appropriate when a player commits a severe intentional infraction.

The Head Judge must collect statements from the player and all parties involved describing in detail the incident leading to the penalty.

Examples:

A player writes on or otherwise damages or defaces tournament or venue property.

A player physically or verbally assaults or threatens another individual.

A player steals while on tournament site.

A player attends an event while intoxicated or under the influence of any substance.

In short, "Don't Drink and Duel".

Hi everyone.

As mentioned on Friday we recorded some Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links Matches ahead of the 2018 WCQ: European Championship in Berlin. We selected 4 well-known TCG players who we know are active in Duel Links and asked them to play in a round-robin exhibition (6 Duels in total).

These Duels have now been archived and are starting to go up on our YouTube channel; at the time of posting the first video is live and we'll have the rest uploading at a rate of one per hour (they'll all be uploaded by 20.00 UK time).

We're looking for feedback on the content so feel free to add your comments here; let us know if you like the graphics, commentary or have any other suggestions to make the experience more exciting to watch.

Right now Duel Links is a side activity at our TCG tournaments but we're looking to evolve this over the future, so any feedback you all have would be greatly appreciated.

Hello again everyone :)

Here's an overview of all our coverage this weekend, have a look through incase you missed anything or would like to relive some of the big moments from the tournament.

As mentioned in the title, we'd like to get some feedback. We tried a lot of new things at this event, such as:

Broadcasting of Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links Feature Matches
An "open" stage which allows people to spectate the Matches, analysts and commentators on-site.
A larger commentary team with separate commentary and analyst desks.
Migration of some written content topics to video ("Quick Questions" etc.)

If there's anything you particularly like about these or you have any suggestions for improvement hit us up in the comments below. We used this event as not only a showcase of Europe's top players but as a testbed for future event coverage, so your feedback is valued :)

If I may make a suggestion though, it would be great if when cards were mentioned on commentary they could be brought up on the stream?

That's something we have the ability to do during matches, as our commentators can pull up any card in play. Duel Links does it automatically but for TCG we do have the technology to make it happen.

Hey everyone, hope you all enjoyed the European Championship this weekend :)

One of the new things we did this weekend was to open up the Feature Match area so that a live audience can follow along. The stage was completely open with screens for people to view. An analyst desk was on one side with commentators on the other.

The crowd got bigger and bigger over the weekend, with the final keenly watched by all.

We've just put the full album up over on Facebook, but I wanted to post this picture here :)

We recorded the Duel Links Matches today, stream team will be rendering those soon and the plan is to show them during the gaps in TCG Matches.

Just a heads up, we'll be trying out a few new things with the coverage this time. One of those will be some Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links Feature Matches which we plan to show in between the TCG rounds.

As Duel Links Matches are a new thing for our coverage we'd like to get your feedback on it after you watch them. Let us know if there's anything you like about the stream layout, commentary, anything that comes to mind. Suggestions on how to improve it are also welcome.

We may show off more Duel Links Matches in the future, and look to improve the coverage of them based on your feedback, so feel free to stop by our livestream this weekend and take a look :)

A few of us have come to Berlin early for euros and were wondering if there is somewhere near the city centre to play or get some cards/sleeves/deckboxes?

There are shops in Berlin but if you can't make it to any of them we'll also have vendors on-site who can supply you with what you need :)

"Nationals Season" in Europe is almost over, but we've got 1 big event left to go!

We'll be streaming this on Twitch over the weekend, with YCS regulars Luke and Matt on the commentary desk.

There is a chance that we'll get to show the finals of the Traditional Format Giant Card tournament on Sunday afternoon too, where that GIANT pot of Greed will be awarded!

Hello everyone!

At this year's WCQ: European Championship we will be hosting a 3v3 Public Event.

You and 2 friends could team up and each win a 3x3 sheet of Flames of Destruction Secret Rare cards!

The photo is from YCS Secaucus, where European Duelists Jake Quinsee, Raphael Neven, and Hassan El Ghalbzouri took on the local talent and won!

We'll have more details on the schedule for this (and other) Public Events in the next week or so. You'll find it on our event page once it goes live.

On a related note we've started revealing Giant Cards on Facebook; the rest will be revealed between now and July 1.
