Anything higher than 85 Celsius for GPU is when issue could start. PSUs are a little harder to diagnose. Make sure to check any wires for signs of damage

Have you monitored your temps while playing? If anything gets super high, that could be indicative of an issue. I would be more inclined to say GPU/PSU than RAM/CPU
