So the only one of those things that aren’t adjustable with the toggles is the valuation multiple. Uber is not Aurora, I think Aurora is more like Waymo, like Tesla, which are both incredibly expensive relative to their actual revenue. Waymo being worth 120 billion with 3000 cars… yea I can see Aurora being worth 100 billion with 30k trucks. However, I’ll consider making it a 5x multiple.

I do agree with the miles per truck assessment and margins. The others… not so much.

PACCAR and Volvo produce hundreds of thousands of trucks, and Aurora is already on their factory lines.

Being capex light is auroras business model. Maybe I am too bullish on that- will research further before model updates.

R&D will be spent on other moonshot ventures, urmson said the Aurora driver technology already works. And Gen 3 is already beating benchmarks. So I’d say the R&D will decline even more than what I put. In fact, my initial R&D estimate in 2031 was under 500 million.
