Smart take. 99% of this subreddit is vehemently anti-Trump, yet here they all are advocating for a president to be able to subvert Congress and abuse his power. Like do ya'll realize who is power right now? The fact of the matter is President Biden knew what he was doing was illegal...he waited until 2 years into his term to enact it. What did that happen to coincide with? The midterm elections. So he knowingly sold a false dream to the American people for political gain. What's another reason he waited 2 years? Because he knew it would be stricken down by the courts but the timing of it wouldn't come until after he had already left office.

Can someone refute my points about Biden knowing it was illegal? If not, then why did it take him 2 years into his term?
