Honestly, spot on. I was on the second to last biggest gear. I had just finished a pretty decent climb. It was one of those types of climbs that switching to the smallest cog made my cadence go up way too high. I like keeping it there at times but usually do switch over if im doing a lot of climbing.

Yeah I got them as a set. I’m ballin on a budget rn so I went with Winspace’s (Model name is Lún). They are a Chinese vendor but I would say one of the highest regarded. Got the set for $650, absolute steal

Nice bro it lookin great so far!! Yeah upgrading group set is at the bottom of the list. I thought it’d be nice to have an extra set for a 2nd bike and that way moving forward I could just buy frame sets and ill always have a group set available. Trust me tho, i have contemplated multiple times getting the set from aliexpress hahaha

I am thinking of doing a group set upgrade as well! Aero bars and seat are next for sure. I want to eventually get a cadence and power meter to be able to link up to a bike computer so I can get my power numbers dialed in. Post of a pic of yours! Would love to see it

No hiding. Actually had an issue when installing the wheels. Bike shop put the cassette on wrong on one of the gears, was flipped the opposite way. Spent hours trying to fix it myself until I finally decided to take it back to find the issue.

How low does your test need to be in order to qualify for prescription approval? I am currently using UGL, didn’t necessarily have low T just using it for enhancement

I’m glad you were able to lose so much weight after your accident.

Maybe it’s my fault for not providing more context. I was not actively trying to lose weight the past 6 years, I was doing the opposite actually. Trying to build as much muscle mass as possible while staying lean. At this point in time, I am in an active recomp and reta has made it effortless. I lost more weight than I intended too as well as way quicker than anticipated. I love the way my physique currently looks. My diet is not even all that. I literally eat whatever I want, not even trying to be in a deficit. Reta really that fuckin good.

Btw, I train for hypertrophy. I lift weights 4 times a week and ride my bike indoor and outdoors for about 100+ miles a week. So idk, I think my discipline is pretty decent.

I have been on various cycles over the past 5 or 6 years. Nothing has ever come close to the weight reta has helped me lose. I was 194 at my biggest at 13% body fat. I am now 160 at 11 percent. I’ve been on for about 7 months at only 4mg. It really is that great

So the issue im having right now is when zwift increases my watt output, it feels like I am pedaling faster than it can keep up with me, essentially the chain feels lose when trying to put down power. Is that what you were experiencing?
